Registration
After the Touchstone meeting, the Thrive team will contact you to determine class placement. If you've attended another school or program, we ask you to submit a school records request form. An email link will be sent for your family to submit the final registration forms electronically.

Required Documents
The following documents are required at the time of registration.

Proof of birth (birth certificate, passport, military ID, guardianship papers)

Immunization records or a certified medical or non-medical exemption.

Medical forms (if applicable)




Touchstone Meeting
Each interested family will be contacted by the Thrive team to schedule a school tour and Touchstone meeting. In this meeting, you will tour the school in full-swing with students and teachers and meet the front office staff. This is your first step to connecting with our community. We'll chat about your family and how we can support your student/s and family.

Enrollment is not guaranteed and priority is not based on district of residence.

Registration is first come, first served and based upon availability in each grade.

Your student(s) may not be enrolled in any other publicly funded program while enrolled at Thrive Home School Academy.​​
​​Age Requirements:
Students in:

Kindergarten must be five (5) by October 1st.

1st grade must be six (6) by October 1st
-
2nd grade must be seven (7) by October 1st
-
3rd grade must be eight (8) by October 1st
​
Students aged 19 must not turn 20 during the school year (Sept – May).
