2nd Grade | Mrs. Brunk

Week of April 1 & 2, 2025

In reading, we will be reading the story "A Case of the Stripes", by David Shannon, while focusing on main idea finding supporting details. In our reading centers, we will be playing games working on long and short vowels, building reading fluency, and practice visualizing while we read.

We will also be learning some more fun math games. My hope is that as we learn several games our 2nd graders can complete independently, I can begin to start to pull small groups of students to work on more targeted skills with them!
